Friendly staff, clean room, who helped us check in early and provided excellent breakfast recommendations, made our stay enjoyable with access to the rooftop pool and facilities while being conveniently located near a metro station.

I stayed in a Golden Deluxe King room and it was really spacious and clean. The bed was extra comfy, seriously one of the best I’ve slept in. The bathroom was nice too, great water pressure in the shower. Just wish the check-in staff had been a bit more welcoming. Not a deal-breaker, but it could've made my arrival better.

The hotel features large, beautifully designed rooms and an excellent pool that provide a luxurious experience. Unfortunately, the breakfast buffet service was lacking, with staff seemingly more interested in chatting than assisting. I was also disappointed by the limited vegetarian options. Overall, it was a mixed experience.
